Nick was awesome! He arrived on time & finished faster than anticipated. He is very knowledgeable & explained everything. I've used Charlotte Plumbing multiple times over the years with my house that was built in 1963. The repairs are always exactly as estimated which I appreciate. We had the pleasure of having Greg come to our home today to do some work for our property management company. I must say that he was such a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived the professionalism was on point. The level of care and attention to detail he took in wrapping our kitchen and protecting our things from damage to stopping mid cutting and coming to evaluate another part of my home when I heard water dripping. He was real, transparent, honest, and very forthcoming with respect to his findings, process of fixing the issue, and next steps. He was down to earth conversational. And overall incredibly warm and personable. We have kept his business card and in the event we ever have to have Charlotte Plumbing come back out we will request him to do our work. We have had such horrible experiences with vendors so he has definitely set the bar high for future vendors contracted with invitation homes. Thanks Greg!

Always a great experience with everyone at Charlotte Plumbing. Brandon did a fantastic job on my water line replacement, very high-quality work and had everything cleaned up and looking great before he left. Also a very nice guy, was happy to answer all my questions and obviously knows what he is talking about. Christina in the front office gave me a very reasonable quote for the work before we got started and my final total was exactly as estimated, and I was able to put it on my credit card with no extra fees which I very much appreciate. Will definitely be calling Charlotte Plumbing again next time I need help.

Great experience! Proactive call back from the costumer service team, call from customer service 20 min before Richard arrived on schedule, and Richard was great! He explained what was going on. High level of trust! After just moving to Charlotte, we have found our plumber! Going to follow up with them to replace our water heater based on this experience! Thanks folks!
