Nick was awesome! He arrived on time & finished faster than anticipated. He is very knowledgeable & explained everything. I've used Charlotte Plumbing multiple times over the years with my house that was built in 1963. The repairs are always exactly as estimated which I appreciate. We had the pleasure of having Greg come to our home today to do some work for our property management company. I must say that he was such a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived the professionalism was on point. The level of care and attention to detail he took in wrapping our kitchen and protecting our things from damage to stopping mid cutting and coming to evaluate another part of my home when I heard water dripping. He was real, transparent, honest, and very forthcoming with respect to his findings, process of fixing the issue, and next steps. He was down to earth conversational. And overall incredibly warm and personable. We have kept his business card and in the event we ever have to have Charlotte Plumbing come back out we will request him to do our work. We have had such horrible experiences with vendors so he has definitely set the bar high for future vendors contracted with invitation homes. Thanks Greg!

Always a great experience with everyone at Charlotte Plumbing. Brandon did a fantastic job on my water line replacement, very high-quality work and had everything cleaned up and looking great before he left. Also a very nice guy, was happy to answer all my questions and obviously knows what he is talking about. Christina in the front office gave me a very reasonable quote for the work before we got started and my final total was exactly as estimated, and I was able to put it on my credit card with no extra fees which I very much appreciate. Will definitely be calling Charlotte Plumbing again next time I need help.

Great experience! Proactive call back from the costumer service team, call from customer service 20 min before Richard arrived on schedule, and Richard was great! He explained what was going on. High level of trust! After just moving to Charlotte, we have found our plumber! Going to follow up with them to replace our water heater based on this experience! Thanks folks!

We had a clog in our drain line from the bar sink to the kitchen sink to the laundry sink. Lots of water backup whenever using any of these. Just started happening all of a sudden. Had a plumber company out on last Friday who spent two hours and charged us almost $300, and did not fix the issue. He said he needed to find a company that could help but we never heard back. Yesterday morning, Monday, I looked for plumbers with 5 star reviews on Google. Charlotte Plumbing was the first one I saw listed. They promised to be here between 1 and 5. Guitar, his name, came about 3:30. Took him 45 minutes to fix the problem and the fee was the same as the Friday service, which was not repaired or satisfactory. We really should not have been charged that much on Friday for work that was not successful! Thank you Charlotte Plumbing! You will definitely be hearing from us again!!!

Matt was sent out to resolve a plumbing issue I had and he did a phenomenal job! He was on time, worked quickly to resolve my issue and cleaned up after. He was also very kind and respectful, I will be requesting Matt the next time I need a plumber. If you want an experienced exceptional worker, Matt is your guy!!! Thank you Charlotte Plumbing!!

If you having plumbing issues this is company you want to fix your issues.Guitar was the tech dispatch to my house let me tell you. He is awesome, professional, honest, hard working, determined. Words can’t express my gratitude at job he did at my clog pipes from kitchen to outside. Although I have a home warranty I am so glad.I went outside of it and use Charlotte Plumbing my money was well spent and job completed. I will never use another Plumbing Company at my house Guitar has sold me over to not have look any further for Pluming work.American home shield sent a company to my house called pro-tech almost three weeks ago they are the absolute worst plumbing company disrespectful dishonest do not use them use CHARLOTTE PLUMBING.
